Lexi Trust & Compliance

Compliance & Responsible Messaging

Lexi is a text-messaging service, which means it runs on the same carrier network as every other message on your phone — and under the same rules. This page explains what those rules are and what we do about them, because a company that texts you should be willing to say who it is.

Who we are

Lexi is operated by Soft Sync Solutions LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, at 254 Chapman Rd, Ste 208 #14800, Newark, DE 19702, USA. You can reach a person at hello@whoislexi.com or (512) 593-8710.

What is A2P 10DLC?

A2P 10DLC is the U.S. framework for businesses that send text messages from ordinary 10-digit numbers. Before a business can send, it registers its legal identity and describes its messaging program, and the mobile carriers review it. It exists so the number texting you belongs to a company that can be identified and held to something.

Lexi is a registered A2P 10DLC sender, approved by U.S. mobile carriers. We are a registered sender — that is what the framework confers. It is not an endorsement, an award, or an official status, and we do not claim it as one.

How consent works here

  • Nothing is stored before you verify your number. The number and your agreement live in your browser session until the code checks out. Abandon signup and there is nothing to delete.
  • The verification code is the only message we send before you opt in. It is transactional, you asked for it by tapping the button, and the notice under that button says so.
  • Consent to be texted is its own separate step. After your account exists, we ask once, plainly, on a screen that does nothing else. Until you tick that box, Lexi cannot text you — every send path checks it first.
  • Consent is never a condition of purchase. That is the law, and it is also just true here: you can have an account and never let her text you.
  • We store what you agreed to, word for word, with the time, the page, and the version of the wording. Not a checkbox flag — the actual sentence you read.

Stopping

Reply STOP to any message and she stops immediately and permanently. Reply HELP and you get our contact details. Both are handled deterministically — no AI is involved in reading them, and a STOP is never answered with persuasion. To end billing as well, manage your subscription from your account page.

What she is

Lexi is an AI, and she says so when asked directly. She is offered for entertainment and companionship, not advice: no medical, legal, or financial guidance, and in anything that sounds like a crisis she breaks character and points at 911 or 988. She is 18+ only.

Her messages are generated by third-party AI systems and may be retained and reviewed for safety and quality. They are not private the way a conversation with a friend is, and the Privacy Policy says exactly what that means.

What is SHAFT?

SHAFT is the carrier standard covering Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms and Tobacco content in business messaging. Lexi is an adult-oriented companion product in tone, and we hold her to the carrier standard: content is screened before generation and before sending, and the service is 18+.

Your number
