This Policy explains what Lexi, a service operated by Soft Sync Solutions LLC (the data controller), collects, why, and how it is used and shared.

1. Information We Collect

Mobile phone number; email address (collected by Stripe at checkout for receipts); payment and subscription metadata from Stripe; SMS message content and AI prompts and responses; consent records (including IP address, user agent, timestamp, and source URL); device and usage logs; and website analytics data (cookies and page-interaction/session activity collected via the TikTok Pixel and Microsoft Clarity).

Things you tell Lexi about yourself. The Service is a conversation, and it keeps a memory of what you say in it so that it stays consistent between messages. That memory is built only from what you have actually written to us — for example your name, where you live, what you do, people you mention, and plans you say you have coming up, so that Lexi can ask how something went afterwards. We do not buy, infer, or append information about you from any outside source.

2. How We Use Information

To create and manage your account, process payments, verify your phone number, deliver SMS and generate AI responses, provide support, enforce our policies and prevent abuse, and meet legal and compliance obligations.

We also use what you have told us in the conversation to personalize it: to remember details between messages, and to follow up on things you said were happening. We do not use it to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it or share it for anyone else's marketing.

3. Third-Party Processors

We share data only as needed with: Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS and phone verification), OpenAI (AI response generation), TikTok and Microsoft Clarity (website analytics and advertising measurement), and our hosting/database provider. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

4. Mobile Information and SMS Consent

We do not sell your information. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is used solely to deliver the messaging described in our SMS Terms.

Separately, you consent to receive automated phone calls that use an artificial, AI-generated voice. That permission is asked for on its own checkbox, recorded separately from your SMS consent, and is part of turning the service on — but it is never a condition of any purchase, and we do not use it for marketing calls. Voice calling is not available yet; the permission applies when it launches. You may withdraw it at any time by telling Lexi to stop calling or by contacting us, and withdrawing it does not affect your texts.

5. Data Retention

We retain account, consent, message, and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required to meet legal, tax, compliance, and abuse-prevention obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized. The conversation memory described in Section 1 is kept while your account is active and is deleted when your account is deleted.

6. Your Choices and Rights

You may request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. You may also ask us to erase the conversation memory described in Section 1, either in part or entirely, without closing your account. Some records may be retained where required by law.

7. Security

The Service has no passwords — you sign in with your phone number and a one-time code. Secrets are stored server-side, sessions are server-side and HTTP-only, transport is encrypted, and access to systems is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

8. Children

The Service is for users 18 and older and is not directed to children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy; material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.

Messages are sent only to customers who sign up, verify their mobile number with a one-time code, and check the SMS consent box afterwards. Customers receive AI-generated replies to their texts, check-in messages Lexi sends on her own (up to about three per day), verification codes, and account/support messages. Sends stay inside normal waking hours in the customer's own time zone. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. 18+.

Lexi is a fictional, artificially generated persona delivered as an automated text-messaging service, and is not a real person. She holds no licenses, credentials, or qualifications of any kind, and nothing she says constitutes medical, legal, financial, psychological, or relationship advice. Her moods, opinions, plans, memories and sudden bursts of enthusiasm are produced by software and may at any moment prove inaccurate, inconsistent, self-contradictory, wholly invented, or silently reversed without notice. She may forget what she told you minutes earlier, change her mind mid-sentence, agree to plans she has no intention of keeping, or go quiet without explanation. This is not a defect; it is the intended behavior of the product.

You should not rely on Lexi for facts, decisions, directions, reminders, scheduling, companionship, emotional stability, or anything that carries consequence in the physical world. Messages are generated and processed by third-party artificial-intelligence systems, may be retained and reviewed for safety and quality, and are not private in the way a conversation with a human friend would be. In an emergency, call 911, or 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. The service is offered strictly for entertainment.
