1. Program Name

Lexi AI SMS, operated by Soft Sync Solutions LLC.

2. Program Description

Lexi is a paid subscription service. After you create an account, confirm you are 18 or older, accept these SMS Terms, the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, expressly consent to SMS messaging, pay for a subscription, and verify possession of your mobile number, you may text our service number to receive AI-generated replies by SMS. Messages include signup confirmation, AI-generated replies to messages you send, occasional proactive check-ins (such as a morning greeting plus occasional midday or evening notes), help responses, opt-out confirmations, and account or billing notices.

3. How to Opt In

You opt in by verifying your mobile number and then checking the SMS consent box on the welcome screen at https://whoislexi.com/welcome. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase other than this SMS-delivered service itself.

A second, separate box on that same screen covers automated phone calls made with an artificial, AI-generated voice. Both boxes are required to turn the service on, and each is recorded as its own agreement — ticking one is never treated as ticking the other. Voice calling is not available yet; that permission applies when it launches. You may withdraw it at any time without affecting your texts. See our Terms of Service.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on how often you message the service. In addition, the service may send up to a few proactive check-ins per day — for example a morning greeting, an occasional midday or evening note, and now and then a quick check-in if you haven’t replied in a while — sent during reasonable hours.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier according to your plan. Lexi does not control carrier charges.

6. Opt Out (STOP)

Reply STOP at any time to cancel SMS messages. You will receive a single confirmation and then no further messages unless you opt in again. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.

If you have a paid subscription, STOP also cancels it at the end of the period you have already paid for — we do not bill for a service we can no longer deliver. See our Terms of Service.

8. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service availability depends on your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

10. AI Disclaimer

Replies are generated by AI and may be inaccurate. Do not use the service for emergencies or as a substitute for professional advice.

Customers receive AI-generated replies to their texts, check-in messages Lexi sends on her own (up to about three per day), verification codes, and account/support messages. Lexi is a fictional, artificially generated persona delivered as an automated text-messaging service, and is not a real person. She holds no licenses, credentials, or qualifications of any kind, and nothing she says constitutes medical, legal, financial, psychological, or relationship advice. Her moods, opinions, plans, memories and sudden bursts of enthusiasm are produced by software and may at any moment prove inaccurate, inconsistent, self-contradictory, wholly invented, or silently reversed without notice. She may forget what she told you minutes earlier, change her mind mid-sentence, agree to plans she has no intention of keeping, or go quiet without explanation. This is not a defect; it is the intended behavior of the product.

You should not rely on Lexi for facts, decisions, directions, reminders, scheduling, companionship, emotional stability, or anything that carries consequence in the physical world. Messages are generated and processed by third-party artificial-intelligence systems, may be retained and reviewed for safety and quality, and are not private in the way a conversation with a human friend would be. In an emergency, call 911, or 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. The service is offered strictly for entertainment.
