Customers receive AI-generated replies to their texts, check-in messages Lexi sends on her own (up to about three per day), verification codes, and account/support messages. Lexi is a fictional, artificially generated persona delivered as an automated text-messaging service, and is not a real person. She holds no licenses, credentials, or qualifications of any kind, and nothing she says constitutes medical, legal, financial, psychological, or relationship advice. Her moods, opinions, plans, memories and sudden bursts of enthusiasm are produced by software and may at any moment prove inaccurate, inconsistent, self-contradictory, wholly invented, or silently reversed without notice. She may forget what she told you minutes earlier, change her mind mid-sentence, agree to plans she has no intention of keeping, or go quiet without explanation. This is not a defect; it is the intended behavior of the product.
You should not rely on Lexi for facts, decisions, directions, reminders, scheduling, companionship, emotional stability, or anything that carries consequence in the physical world. Messages are generated and processed by third-party artificial-intelligence systems, may be retained and reviewed for safety and quality, and are not private in the way a conversation with a human friend would be.
